Learning Precincts - Parkville Campus

Since 2002,Learning Environments' has worked with Timetabling and Venue Hirings to group the portfolio of shared learning spaces into "learning precincts" that make sense in terms of disciplinary-based differences in teaching and learning styles. The goal is to ensure that we develop learning environments that meet the needs of the disciplines located with a given "learning precinct".

We present our working model below. A key challenge is to ensure that this model is further refined in collaboration with academic departments and well-aligned with the Learning Hub developments (our ten year plan for the re-development of the library system on the Parkville campus).
