Learning Environments Teaching & research services for staff

Video conferencing

The University's centrally managed video conferencing facilities may be booked online by any post-graduate, staff member or affiliate of the University. These facilities are not available to external clients.

Please allow at least ten working days in advance for a support consultant to organise testing, especially for international connections. Repeat sessions or known local sites can often be booked at shorter notice subject to availability.

There is no charge for bookings or initial technical support during service coverage hours (8:30am-5:30pm), however a technician required in attendance for your entire session is charged at $75/hour. Phone support is available on (03) 8344 4527 or 0419 769 566. Technical support is available after hours or on weekends for $225 for the first hour plus $75 for each additional hour.

Prior to your session, review our video conference user guide [PDF 84kb 4 pages].
