Video conferencing
The University's centrally managed video conferencing facilities may be booked online by any post-graduate, staff member or affiliate of the University. These facilities are not available to external clients.
Please allow at least ten working days in advance for a support consultant to organise testing, especially for international connections. Repeat sessions or known local sites can often be booked at shorter notice subject to availability.
There is no charge for bookings or initial technical support during service coverage hours (8:30am-5:30pm), however a technician required in attendance for your entire session is charged at $75/hour. Phone support is available on (03) 8344 4527 or 0419 769 566. Technical support is available after hours or on weekends for $225 for the first hour plus $75 for each additional hour.

Small-mid size rooms for job interviews/meetings/research/tutorials

Large teaching spaces
These spaces are designed for teaching to a large local audience in the room, while also connecting to a remote audience via video conference.
- Ec & Comm-Wood Theatre (110 seats) technical information
This 110 seater iMedia theatre is suitable for teaching to both local and remote classes with full audience feedback. The room features dual data projection, one document camera and laptop connectivity.
- Medical-Sunderland Theatre (344 seats)
This 344 seater iMedia theatre features one data projector and laptop connectivity. This theatre is not suitable for videoconference sessions that involve displaying powerpoint slides to a local audience.
- Law-GM15 (369 seats)
This 369 seater iMedia theatre contains features two data projectors and laptop connectivity. - 200 Berkeley St-G79 - Physiotherapy (35 seats)
This 35 seater room features one data projector and laptop connectivity.
