- Report a fault
- Use this form to report any equipment faults that do not require emergency assistance. We aim to respond within two hours.

- We encourage feedback about our services and the facilities that we manage. We have created a web-based feedback form to make this an easy process for you.
- Immediate assistance
- Immediate assistance during a teaching session is simply a matter of a phone call to our Service Desk - we aim to respond within 15 minutes. Emergency assistance is available 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday during semester.
