Software guides
Guides available to University of Melbourne staff & students only - authentication required.
We plan to revise our guides for MS PowerPoint to incorporate useful tips for creating PowerPoint presentations that are optimal for large teaching spaces and capture into the lecture capture system for subsequent review by students. The exact timing of this project is still being determined and will be subject to availability of internal resources. We are hoping that this might be undertaken in stages during 2009. We are reviewing how we can best provide MS Word guides for postgraduate students and research higher degree candidates. The guides will most likely be primarily based upon the latest versions of software now approved for use on campus (Office 2007 for the PC and Office 2008 for the Mac).
